IDENTIFY potential church planters through careful evaluation of their calling, vision, gifts, and dedication to the rigors of planting a church. TRAIN each church planter by attendance at a church planter’s bootcamp to better equip them to plant a stronger, more aggressive and reproducing new church. Provide a trained COACH to enable the church planter to full potential by encouragement and keeping him accountable to God, his family and the church he is planting.
